promptly for all passengers. During demand periods i.e extreme weather conditions, major sports events, pre-booking a taxi
does not guarantee the taxi arrival time. If you require a van please be advised we do not guarantee a van will be available for the booking time. However, we are happy to accept the
booking if you are prepared to accept and pay for normal cars to accommodate the number of passengers traveling if a van is not available.
